About this role
Role Overview
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality behavioral health professionals
Implement traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage providers
Lead and execute international recruitment efforts for behavioral health providers
Assess provider credentials, experience, and fit to ensure alignment with ComPsych’s standards
Negotiate provider rates in accordance with company policies and market considerations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of behavioral health industry trends and network demands
Collaborate with internal teams to support network expansion initiatives and ensure seamless onboarding
Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and recruitment processes
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends in provider recruitment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
Knowledge of LinkedIn networking; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Provider Networks, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Human Resources, or a related field
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on tasks to completion
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills
Energetic and solution-oriented with strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
High level of organization with excellent time management and follow-up abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service
Proven ability to consistently meet daily performance targets and productivity goals
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and coach hiring managers
Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
Strong organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
