Role Overview
- Deliver intuitive, high-converting subscriber journeys\n
- Set up and optimising the product national, regional and vertical paywall strategy\n
- Oversee integrations and manage logic, refunds and failed payments\n
- Co-manage the product backlog\n
- Build out new subscription tiers and shape subscriber-only experiences\n
- Optimise conversion and paywall funnel to drive acquisitions\n
- Improve flows to deliver fantastic end-to-end user journeys\n
- Manage experiments and implement test and learn workflows\n
- Utilise pricing dynamics to deliver a pricing strategy that drives ARPU and lifetime value
Requirements
- Understanding of and a keen interest in the subscriptions ecosystem\n
- Experience of using subscription platforms\n
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)\n
- Knowledge of using the Piano Subscription platform\n
- Experience in a fast-paced media environment is ideal\n
- Excellent communication skills
