About this role
Role Overview
- Customer success support for a digital recruitment platform with a focus on implementation follow-up and lifecycle milestone tracking
- Integration checks and onboarding progress monitoring for new customers
- Adoption, usage and engagement monitoring against defined success milestones
- Troubleshooting intake via ticket workflows and coordination until closure
- Accurate documentation of all customer activity in internal systems of record
Requirements
- German native and English C1
- Experience with CRM-based workflows using queues/cases/tickets
- Ability to analyze customer data/trends to identify growth opportunities and follow-up actions
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Clear written and verbal communication for client-facing coordination and internal handovers
- Legal right to work in Bulgaria (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit)
