Support customer success programs for a digital hiring and recruitment solution
Follow onboarding and implementation steps for new enterprise customers
Validate that required product integrations are completed and meet defined criteria
Track customer lifecycle milestones and adoption/engagement signals
Document activity in internal systems within required timelines
Route troubleshooting requests through the defined ticket process
Review integration status and confirm completion against checklists and requirements
Follow up on implementation setup tasks with customers and internal teams
Monitor license activation, adoption, usage, and engagement metrics for assigned accounts
Log customer interactions and progress updates in a CRM system within SLA timelines
Triage, categorize, and route tickets according to the workflow and priority rules

French C1 and English C1 (spoken and written)
Ability to work in a hybrid model in Sofia (on site Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Availability Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
Experience working with CRM-based queues/cases/tickets and structured processes
Confidence using office productivity tools (email, documents, presentations, spreadsheets)
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with limited supervision
Ability to work with clients and coordinate with internal departments
Experience analyzing customer data/trends is a nice to have
Experience supporting onboarding and implementation is a nice to have
