Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the entire business.
Including assisting the CFO with board reporting, capital allocation decisions (tracking and reporting), and other high-impact projects
Develop a view and enhance the use of NetSuite vs spreadsheets for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Lead cash forecasting to create weekly and monthly reports to support investment and working capital management
Build and maintain robust models to forecast revenue, margin, and cash flow.
Develop and enhance FP&A tools, processes, and reporting capabilities. Including templates and processes for monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including the integration of operational metrics
Develop methodology for tracking fixed vs variable costs
Assist in partnering with business units to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Work with accounting and other teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Report to CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Seamlessly partner with other stakeholders internally
Requirements
9+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
Financial services and international experience
Track record of managing a small FP&A team
Strong technical modeling skills with mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, nested formulas, and scenario/financial modeling.
Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights; experience building and maintaining dynamic dashboards is a plus.
Experience partnering directly with a CFO and/or senior leadership team in a growth-stage or resource-constrained environment.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite
