The Event Manager is responsible for managing the full event lifecycle for both external industry events and internal corporate initiatives that strengthen APS’s brand, support business development, and foster a strong internal culture.
Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and HR teams to ensure events support business development goals and internal engagement initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate global industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities relevant to APS’s business.
Plan and control event budgets, coordinate vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure high-quality event delivery.
Support the HR team in planning and managing internal corporate events, celebrations, and team-building activities from concept development to final execution.
Collect feedback from participants, analyze event performance, and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of solid and proven experience as an Event Manager, Event Coordinator, Event Planner or holding a similar role.
Relevant experience in organizing various types of events (both international external and corporate internal).
Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
Highly responsible and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good working level of English (both spoken and written).
Additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
Experience working in IT companies, startups, fintech or web3 would be an advantage.
