Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards from scratch based on business requirements.
Understand backend data models and create/modify data pipelines as needed.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Connect, transform, and model data across multiple tables and sources.
Perform backend vs. frontend validation to ensure data accuracy and logic consistency.
Audit dashboards regularly to ensure data integrity and correct business rule implementation.
Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and implement feedback.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and proactively identify root causes.
Ensure adherence to best practices in data modelling, visualization, and performance optimization.

5-7 years of experience in PowerBI & SQL.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, Power Query).
Strong SQL skills for querying and data validation.
Basic working knowledge of Snowflake (querying, understanding schemas, tables).
Good understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines.
Experience developing dashboards end-to-end independently.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to audit and validate data across systems.
Good communication skills with ability to interact directly with clients.
Good to have: Experience working in client-facing roles.
Good to have: Exposure to large datasets and performance optimization techniques.
Good to have: Basic understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
