Integrated Strategy: Develop and communicate visionary strategies that align with the company's mission, ensuring all projects deliver sustainable growth and market leadership.
OKR Lifecycle Management: Manage, drive, and update the company's Focus Area delivery across business units, serving as the subject matter expert on how OKRs impact the business.
OKR Maintenance and Support: Provide training, guidance, and best practices for OKR management and continuously improve processes and templates. Monitor progress and proactively follow up on deadlines and milestones.
Decision Frameworks: Ensure program management systems and decision-making frameworks are used effectively and consistently to support organizational improvement.
Executive Reporting: Act as the primary conduit for the Executive and Leadership teams, reinforcing business priorities and providing clear reporting on progress against strategic objectives.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex commercial and operational projects, taking full accountability for structuring plans, defining scope, and maintaining timelines.
Operational Optimization: Actively challenge standard procedures to optimize outcomes; you will analyze project processes and constantly brainstorm improvements to help "oil the machinery".
Stakeholder Integration: Function as the key relationship manager between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and fast-paced integration of new business opportunities.
Commercial Insight: Develop business cases, including budgets and economic planning, and seek business sign-off for new growth initiatives.
Proactive Mitigation: Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans to protect our Focus Areas and ensure project delivery stays on track.
Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve conflicts between cross-functional teams, removing major obstacles that hinder the delivery of objectives.
Success Metrics: Monitor and assess the total impact of OKRs on the business, ensuring results are defined by business value and long-term strategy
Requirements
Industry Expertise: Ideally, you have worked in the iGaming industry across business operations, product, or tech.
Proven Track Record: You have 5+ years of experience as a project/program manager or coordinator, leading projects of medium to large complexity.
Agile Methodology: You are very familiar with agile methodologies and issue tracking systems like Jira.
Commercial Acumen: Previous experience with commercial agreements and corporate finance analysis is a significant benefit.
