About this role
Role Overview
Act as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of MSP & MIP partners
Own and manage the full sales cycle from identifying new opportunities to closing high‑value, recurring revenue deals
Lead complex conversations that bring together business owners, technical leaders, and commercial stakeholders
Identify and unlock upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Collaborate with internal experts to design compelling, secure, and scalable solutions
Leverage data to run a disciplined 30/60/90‑day pipeline
Requirements
Substantial experience within the German MSP, cloud, SaaS, or channel ecosystem
Deep understanding of the German MSP market, business‑to‑partner (B2P) selling, and market development
Native-level German and excellent English communication skills
High commercial acumen, forecasting discipline, and comfort working with Salesforce and AI‑enabled sales tools
Skilled at multi‑persona stakeholder management
Collaborative, open to feedback, and happy to share what you’ve learned
