About this role
Role Overview
- Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into implementation plans
- Own setup, configuration, and implementation for new customers
- Ensure customers continue to get value after onboarding
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap
- Improve implementation and analytics processes
- Design and validate Reflow data models
- Query and analyze anonymized, aggregated data
Requirements
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Detail-oriented focus on correctness and edge cases
- Excellent at translating business intent into clear logic
- Comfortable with complex data models, metrics, or implementation logic
- Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in implementation, analytics, or customer success
- Strong communication skills in client-facing conversations
