Role Overview
- Support Strategic Information/MIS solutions to Operations
- Generate seamless insights on Operations key metrics in banking process
- Build reporting and monitoring solutions to track key business metrics
- Design and develop MIS and Business reporting
- Provide actionable insights to key stakeholders leveraging visualization tools
- Collaborate with Technology & Operations teams to design & implement changes
- Manage end-to-end project communication with business partners
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience largely in the BI / Reporting space
- Expertise working with Tableau and other visualization / reporting tools
- Experience in Data analytics with Consumer banking and Operations analytics
- Expertise working with SQL/SAS
- Knowledge of Python/Pyspark is an added plus
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration
- Familiarity with data governance and data management principles
- Good to have working experience on MS Office Package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. with VBA)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience mentoring juniors and driving complex projects independently
- Understanding of Conversational BI concepts and hands-on experience is preferable
