Provides pre-sales technical support to the sales teams of a digital company in Latin America during the sales process to achieve the goals.
Collaborates with sales staff to understand customer requirements.
Prepare pre-sales presentations on selected company digital products and services.
Execute POV and POC.
Supports the preparation of product specifications and proposal materials.
Participates in customer needs analysis and gathers technical requirements.
Assists in coordinating internal resources and supporting pre-sales activities.
Contributes to the creation of demand for digital solutions through research and engagement.
Supports the Partner Enablement plan by helping organize training sessions and materials in collaboration with partners.
Requirements
5 Years college degree in system engineering/ Computer Science.
5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer.
Must have a background in networking.
It is important to have knowledge of cloud networking, data centers, and applications.
Preferably with knowledge of Performance digital experience.
Fluency written and verbal communications in English.
Preferably knowledge of Spanish.
Knowledge of security solutions and Technologies, including: Cyber is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to Interact with senior executives.
Should have the ability to make and take responsibility for decisions on major technical issues.
