About this role
Role Overview
Provide technical expertise and pre-sales support throughout the software sales cycle.
Define comprehensive software solutions that address customer business and technical needs.
Support the sales team in identifying customer requirements and demonstrating proposed solutions.
Prepare detailed product specifications and technical documentation.
Conduct customer needs assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Provide project scoping, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
Partner with sales representatives to create demand and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Engineering studies.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in technology related presales.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems management portfolio, with emphasis on infrastructure, identity, and workspace management solutions.
Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners, System Integrators, Consulting Companies and end users within technology industry.
Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
Ability to deliver high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.
Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
Fluency written and verbal communications in English is a must.
