Owning and managing the full project lifecycle for marketing campaigns and new product launches, from initial brief through to delivery and post-project review.
Building and maintaining clear project plans, timelines and workflows across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
Acting as the central point of coordination between marketing, creative, product and commercial teams to ensure alignment and accountability at every stage.
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, proactively communicating project status, risks and dependencies.
Overseeing the briefing and delivery process for creative assets, ensuring outputs are delivered to brief, on time and to the required standard.
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, escalating where appropriate and implementing solutions to keep projects moving.
Supporting upward stakeholder management – preparing clear project updates and presenting progress to senior leadership.
Continuously improving project management processes, tools and templates to increase efficiency across the Marketing team.
Tracking budgets and resources across projects, flagging risks and ensuring spend is managed effectively.
Requirements
5+ years' experience in a project management role, ideally within a marketing, creative or agency environment.
