As the BDR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a team of Business Development Representatives
Your primary objective is to drive pipeline generation, improve outbound strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead conversion
You will directly manage the French BDR team as well as lead global practice and standards for our BDR teams
Set the standard through action — test new approaches, demonstrate excellence, and raise the bar daily
Cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
Run structured 1:1s, call reviews, and live shadow sessions as a recurring operating rhythm
Turn data into coaching moments — connect activity metrics to skill gaps and unlock rep potential
Design and iterate outbound playbooks across cold call, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sequences aligned with DiliTrust's revenue strategy
Own the full BDR metrics framework: activity, conversion, meeting quality, SQO rate, pipeline contribution
Animate a BDR leadership community across DiliTrust globally
Architect seamless AE handoffs with clear qualification standards and closed-loop feedback
Partner with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and regional Sales Directors to synchronize campaigns, targeting, and pipeline acceleration
Standardize best practices across geographies while empowering local adaptation where it drives results
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Sales Development, with 5+ years in a managerial or team lead role, in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling global or multi-regional BDR teams
Strong grasp of modern outbound tactics, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and sales automation tools
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Fluent in English and French; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German, etc.) are a plus
Passionate about Legal Tech, SaaS, and high-growth environments
