Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally agency-side
- Strong experience across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads
- Experience managing multi-platform budgets and performance strategy
- Confidence analysing attribution and performance data
- Strong communication skills when discussing results with clients
- A commercially minded approach to performance marketing
- Ability to mentor junior team members without micromanaging
