Role Overview
- Handle B2C sales calls and warm leads
- Recommend cleaning packages based on customer needs
- Maintain CRM data and follow up with leads
- Work towards and exceed monthly booking goals
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2C or direct sales with measurable success
- Clear, professional English communication, both written and verbal
- Able to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Strong interpersonal and analytical problem-solving skills
- Resilient and able to maintain composure when dealing with rejection
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets over the phone
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experienced in CRM usage for tracking leads and managing client data
- Own reliable laptop/desktop with an internet connection of at least 20mbps
