About this role
Role Overview
- You manage projects and workshops with our clients — on-site or remotely.
- You implement the baramundi Management Suite according to our clients' requirements.
- You support our clients with any software issues.
- You prepare and deliver training sessions on the baramundi Management Suite.
- You help improve the baramundi Management Suite in collaboration with Product Management and Product Owners.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in consulting on complex, technically detailed IT solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience in networking or IT security.
- Ideally, initial experience in support and training.
