Own and optimise the configuration, governance, and integration of Breadcrumb’s internal business systems across all departments.
Spend roughly half of your time on HubSpot, with the remainder on other business systems such as Notion, Maxio, Mammoth, Slack, Google Workspace, Rippling, DEEL IT, Jumpcloud, Atlassian, Github.
Understand and design system architecture
defining where data should be created, edited, stored, and surfaced across platforms (particularly HubSpot and Maxio).
Ensure systems communicate effectively, understanding data flows and native integrations (without needing to personally code them).
Implement and govern a robust, effective change control system for business system configuration changes, ensuring that proper safeguards, approval, and prioritisation frameworks are in place.
Work with Finance, Commercial and Operations leadership to implement key strategic initiatives across the business.
Champion practical AI adoption internally
identifying simple automation opportunities and partnering with internal champions to implement efficiency improvements.
Support a global team across time zones, operating flexibly outside traditional 9–5 structures when needed.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in a startup or scale-up progressing through key growth stages
Proven experience owning HubSpot in a scaling organisation (essential).
Experience implementing structured system changes in high-growth environments.
Experience working across global teams and time zones.
Systems architecture thinking
clear on where data should live, be edited, and how it should flow across platforms (including finance systems).
Ability to turn messy, unclear processes into scalable, intuitive workflows that make colleagues’ lives easier.
Cross-functional process alignment across Sales, CX, Operations and Finance.
Strong stakeholder partnership and internal influence; able to bring people along the journey.
Clear communication across entrepreneurial, fast-moving, global teams.
RevOps or FinOps environments within SaaS scale-ups.
Subscription billing and finance workflows (Maxio helpful but not essential).
