Close new GMV customers and deliver predictable ARR against target
Get out into the market, build relationships, attend events, and get GMV in front of the right people
Proactively identify, engage, and convert new ICP accounts through focused, insight-led outbound
Progress qualified inbound opportunities with strong discovery and qualification
Run structured discovery to understand consultation strategy, planning risk, and long-term objectives, and clearly articulate GMV’s value
Own multi-stakeholder sales cycles and drive deals forward with pace and intent
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to coverage expectations
Provide accurate, evidence-based forecasts
Feedback clear insight into why customers buy, why they do not, and what they need next
Work closely with the Senior Client Services Manager and Product to influence delivery and roadmap decisions

Experience selling B2B SaaS or services-led solutions
Experience selling community engagement platforms would be great
Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and close deals
Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited process
Experience selling into councils, developers, consultancies, planners or regulated environments is a strong advantage
We value drive, ownership, and commercial judgement as highly as direct sector experience.
