Manage key clients and projects, providing first-class service to our clients while delivering high-quality work
Support the Global Account Director and Global Account Manager with the day-to-day running of the account, including coordinating and executing media strategies with our internal specialist teams as needed, liaising with core local teams, project-managing client deliverables, and preparing materials ahead of client presentations
Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence project, including researching clients and their industries
Coordinate stakeholders centrally and across other countries
Maintain a positive attitude at all times: embrace opportunities, resolve issues collaboratively and promptly, and keep account directors and account managers informed of any concerns
Consistently act as an ambassador for the agency at all internal and external events
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or requiring an internship to complete your studies
Highly organized
Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
