Lead the global product management function for Critical Communications Systems
Define and execute product strategy and translate market insights into actionable roadmaps
Drive successful global product launches
Partner with engineering, branding, quality, and operations teams for roadmap execution
Engage directly with customers and partners to validate strategy and roadmap direction
Own business cases for major product initiatives, track portfolio performance, and adjust strategy accordingly

10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles
Experience with professional communication solutions for mission-critical applications
Proven experience leading and developing global product management teams
Strong background in roadmap ownership, prioritization, and lifecycle management
Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 50%
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
