The Director of Product Management for A2A and MCP Integrations will own the product strategy and roadmap execution for integrating Genesys Cloud with external enterprise applications and AI ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for Genesys Cloud A2A and MCP ecosystem connectivity across enterprise applications and AI platforms
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, platform standards, and enterprise customer needs
- Drive alignment across engineering, UX, product, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact integration capabilities
- Establish governance frameworks, reusable patterns, and reference architectures that accelerate secure integration development
- Design scalable connectivity models that improve adoption, reduce operational friction, and minimize support burden
- Define and monitor ecosystem performance metrics including reliability, latency, observability coverage, and error rates
- Influence platform architecture decisions to ensure integrations are secure, resilient, compliant, and enterprise-ready
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify ecosystem gaps and strengthen integration differentiation
- Partner with senior stakeholders to clarify roadmap direction and support enterprise sales engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related technical field
- 7 or more years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud platform, or enterprise software environments
- Demonstrated experience defining and delivering integration or platform connectivity strategies
- Strong understanding of API design, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience working with AI integration frameworks, model providers, or governed connectivity standards such as A2A or MCP
- Proven track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct people management authority
- Experience operating at enterprise scale, including security, compliance, and data governance considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience
- Experience scaling integration ecosystems for cloud platforms or enterprise SaaS products
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks, model context protocols, and tool integration patterns
- Experience partnering with external technology providers on joint integration initiatives
- Background in competitive analysis of platform ecosystems and integration breadth
- Direct engagement with enterprise customers to shape integration roadmaps and resolve complex requirements
