Manage employee data and system maintenance across SAP and SuccessFactors platforms
Support employees with HR self-service tools and process guidance
Handle employee lifecycle events such as service anniversaries, degree changes, and obtaining A1 forms
Maintain external contractor records
Ensure accurate digital personnel documentation
Create and update HR reports (recurring and ad-hoc)
Participate in initiatives to optimize and digitalize HR processes
Ensure consistent data quality and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
Execute routine HR administrative tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
2–3 years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally in a multinational environment
Proficiency in HR tools like SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Detail-oriented, organized, and service-minded
A collaborative team player with initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
