Role Overview
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to LADC/ADC-T Counselors and Interns
- Oversee education, counseling, and treatment to clients within Intensive Outpatient programs
- Audit counselor documentation and maintain client records
- Facilitate performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions for staff
- Maintain program budgets and manage weekly counselor on-call lists
- Ensure compliance with treatment review processes and coordinate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must have an active LADC License
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or currently pursuing one
- Obtain 12 hours of training in co-occurring mental health problems training within 6 months of hire
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the field
- Ability to use platforms such as Zoom and Teams
- Experience with EHR (Ritten) and other electronic tools for documentation
- Must be free of substance use problems for at least the 2 years preceding hire
