Collaborate to Win: Work seamlessly with our internal Client Solutions Managers (CSMs)
who oversee the hands-on campaign lifecycle
to ensure your clients' strategies are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of proven experience in a proactive sales role (advertising, media sales, digital, tech, or new business development).
Native or full professional fluency in Italian, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals: prospecting, objection handling, pipeline management, and closing.
A proactive, "doer" attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem in Italy, complete with an existing, active network of media agencies and direct advertisers.
A passion for X (Twitter) and a genuine curiosity for the future of social media, real-time marketing, and digital trends.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive digital landscape.
