About this role
Role Overview
Serve as strategic bridge between Devtech and its clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships to achieve mutual business success.
Establish critical goals to aid the customer in achieving objectives and desired outcomes.
Build and operate Client Partner plans defining key goals that help clients achieve their objectives.
Establish regular cadence with clients to review program status and executive dashboards.
Cement yourself as a trusted advisor with customers, driving continued product value.
Proactively work with Devtech team to identify service opportunities and develop upsell opportunities.
Advocate customer needs/issues across departments and program-manage customer concerns.
Support Delivery in scoping and selling follow-on/new service opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, or escalations.
Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Devtech’s service offerings.
Accurately project customer renewals and cross-sells.
Manage escalations and resolutions with customers.
Create and implement best practices facilitating growth within the customer base.
Ensure Devtech identifies opportunities for clients to meet objectives and addresses their challenges.
Requirements
10+ years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales services.
Confirmed ability to drive continuous product value.
Exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong teammate and a self-starter.
Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly while still remaining detail-oriented and analytical.
Experience in the software services and/or cloud space.
Strong client relationships building skills.
Avid learner.
Estimated travel is 25%; may vary based on customer needs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective documentation skills, including technical diagrams and written descriptions.
Experience creating, documenting, and implementing best practices for long-term client retention.
