Lead the design process for your squad, participating in discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery phases.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to structure and validate hypotheses, supporting co-creation sessions, experiments, and usability testing.
Translate technical and business requirements into intuitive, accessible experiences, ensuring decisions are aligned with the user journey.
Gather evidence through qualitative and quantitative tests and research, ensuring technical feasibility and solution value.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, promoting alignment and shared understanding.
Analyze usage, engagement, and conversion metrics to propose continuous improvements to the experience.
Present ideas and defend design deliverables based on data and customer value.
Requirements
Strong experience as a Product Designer on digital products, proficient in Figma, Miro, and prototyping and documentation tools.
Experience with SaaS products and digital marketing concepts.
Knowledge of UI design, focused on creating accessible, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces.
Ability to conduct user research, map journeys, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
Familiarity with agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
Systems thinking to analyze problems and propose creative, viable solutions.
Curiosity about technology, quick learning, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and short validation cycles.
