Role Overview
- Assume responsibility/overall management oversight for engagements that are typically medium to large scale systems with high business impact.
- Provides direct supervision to assigned employees through leadership, coaching, training and development.
- Understands and enforces corporate/location policies and procedures.
- Providing education on coding, documentation, compliance and working with related 3M products.
- Leads auditing tasks of medical record coding, documentation, compliance and DRG assignment
- Lead remote or onsite education training for clients on coding, documentation, compliance and Solventum products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND seven (7) years of clinical coding, consulting or acute care CDI management experience.
- OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of clinical coding, consulting or acute care CDI management experience.
- RHIA, RHIT with CCS certification OR Valid RN License with five (5) years acute care experience
- Five (5) years of CDI experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
