Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and social formats
Continuously optimise campaigns for performance including bid strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing page alignment
Produce clear, insightful campaign performance reports for clients using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager data
Create engaging social media content and graphics using Canva or similar tools, aligned to client brand guidelines
Support basic SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page recommendations, and content strategy guidance
Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking for paid platforms and GA4 event setup
Work autonomously and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, in line with a sole trader business model
Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to enhance productivity and quality of work outputs

2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for social media content creation
Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel / Conversions API setup
Basic knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
Confident using AI tools (Claude AI and/or Gemini) as part of your daily workflow to boost productivity and output quality
Highly self-directed with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
Nice to Have:
Experience with Squarespace website design and template customisation
