Serve as the primary FP&A partner for major hospital programs supporting financial performance
Own forecast, budgeting, and performance analytics, variance analysis, and decision support
Lead the monthly P&L preparation and key performance indicators including Monthly Executive Close Package
Partner with operational and financial management to drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Model key operational drivers and manage normalization schedule of actuals/forecast and budget analysis
Participate in client meetings, QBRs, and operational reviews
Play a critical role in the monthly Executive Forecast Review process
Build business cases for operational investments, staffing models, and process improvements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field from an accredited university required
Six (6) years of relevant work experience required in finance and accounting
