Manage one or more categories of direct or indirect procurement.
Lead the Source-to-Contract process: needs analysis, supplier sourcing, RFx management, negotiation and contracting.
Prepare and manage RFx (RFP / RFQ) and analyze supplier proposals.
Conduct commercial negotiations and perform contract reviews.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and strategies.
Establish and develop sustainable supplier relationships.
Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Contribute to the definition and deployment of procurement strategies.
Use ERP tools to structure and track procurement processes.

Master's degree in management, economics, business engineering or a related field.
2 to 7 years of experience in procurement.
Experience managing tender processes and supplier negotiations.
Good understanding of the Source-to-Contract process.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, curious, and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Very good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of an ERP (SAP or equivalent) is an asset.
