Manages end-to-end accounting activities (A to Z).
Supervises monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.
Participates in the preparation of balance sheets and annual financial statements.
Optimizes accounting processes and strengthens internal controls.
Works closely with CFOs, Finance Managers and auditors.
Takes ownership of client engagements and works autonomously.
Ensures the quality, accuracy and reliability of financial information.
Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes.
Coaches and mentors more junior team members on assignments.
Oversees the general ledger (GL) and the closing process.
Participates in financial consolidations.
Reinforces internal controls and accounting procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
5 to 8 years of accounting experience.
Comprehensive mastery of end-to-end accounting.
Good knowledge of Belgian accounting standards (BE GAAP) and IFRS.
Experience managing closing processes and financial reporting.
Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems (Winbooks, BOB, SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
Excellent command of French and good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
Autonomous, rigorous, solution-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
