About this role
Role Overview
Design, build and embed a group-wide project management and change function
Leading and overseeing strategic projects across all areas of the business
Ensuring projects are aligned to organisational priorities, delivered on time and within budget
Establishing a clear, structured approach to portfolio management and prioritisation
Leading the adoption and embedding of change, ensuring new initiatives land well and deliver lasting value
Supporting leaders and teams through change with clear communication and practical guidance
Reviewing current project governance and introducing best-practice frameworks, tools and reporting
Creating transparency and accountability through clear governance, decision-making and risk management
Evaluating and implementing project management tools to improve efficiency and consistency
Working closely with Executive Board members to understand their priorities and challenges
Acting as a central point of contact for project-related activity across the Group
Building strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation
Developing project management capability across the business
Coaching and supporting teams to build a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
Significant experience of leading complex projects and change in fast-paced, operational environments
Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and change initiatives
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMI) and change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter)
A track record of translating strategic objectives into practical, deliverable plans
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and boards
Confidence using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira or Microsoft Project
