Defines, manages, and evaluates business planning to ensure operational execution against defined strategic objectives
Partners with cross-functional teams to develop business planning and support data-driven models
Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment and process accountabilities
Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated planning among different stakeholders
Sets business metrics (KPIs), evaluates actual performance and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement
Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business planning can be translated into financial value
Acts as a business partner for the Networking Sales Organization, supporting the Leadership team & Field Sales
Leads complex data and business analyses to inform business planning, identifying recommendations and insights
Enables sales compensation, quota setting and deployment processes aligned with the Networking business strategy
Supports the business with internal governance processes including Sales Forecasting; Demand Planning; Pipeline management
Researches and uses internal and external market data to identify key players relevant for business planning and strategy
Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of operational processes, identifying and leveraging best practice in support of delivering the sales strategy
Develops and nurtures a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork and knowledge sharing across all relevant teams and functions
Identifies and builds relationships with key players in each function both internal & external to EMEAL Networking business unit
Requirements
6+ years of experience in an Operational / Business / Finance Analyst role or similar, preferably in a large competitive multinational

Professional maturity, intellectual curiosity, accountability and positive approach
Proven project management experience would be an advantage
Ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
Extensive knowledge of research methodology for key business topics and excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis and data manipulation skills
Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis
Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data
Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling
Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with PowerPoint, advanced Excel experience and AI interest
Power BI / Automation skills, Salesforce.com and Anaplan experience would be an advantage
Fluent English essential and additional Europe, Middle East and Africa region languages an advantage
Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
