Own company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and KPI reporting.
Provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making, growth initiatives, and resource allocation.
Partner with commercial and go-to-market leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, customer economics, and deal structures.
Own financial modelling and analysis to support fundraising activities.
Support fundraising and corporate development processes.
Monitor and analyse the competitive and market landscape.
Act as a strategic FP&A partner to the Director of Finance, CFO, CEO, and functional leaders.

At least 5+ years of relevant experience across strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or similar roles.
Advanced financial modelling skills with expert-level Excel capability.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate and influence at a senior level.
Experience in dealing with financial and management reporting requirements and systems.
Experience leveraging modern financial systems and BI tools to support scalable reporting and planning.
Experience building and owning financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
