Oversee daily operations for a variety of clients, including client support, content booking, troubleshooting, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Manage and service various API, self-generated, and MPS booking clients.
Ensure that all requests for DCPs (both features and trailers) are created, managed, and delivered to cinemas and venues worldwide within required deadlines.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end project and order operations, ensuring accurate planning, prioritization, and smooth delivery across internal teams and third-party partners.
Act as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships, managing expectations, providing updates, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee distribution processes, including order processing, courier logistics, equipment knowledge, and demand planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Support cross-department collaboration, helping resolve issues, escalating when needed, and contributing to workflow improvements and team effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement, evaluating processes, enhancing service standards, and supporting strategic goals within the department and wider organization.

Strong scheduling, organisation, and calendar-management abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
High level of service orientation supported by strong emotional intelligence
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Experienced with workflow and collaboration tools such as Google Docs and Smartsheet
Experience with workflows and escalation processes
Strong customer service experience
Experience working on multiple projects with deadlines
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with ever changing demand
