Role Overview
Own and take responsibility for your business area.
Develop strategic client relationships.
Manage complex sales processes.
Drive sustainable revenue growth.
Oversee agency and client portfolios.
Strategically grow accounts and build long-term partnerships.
Sell host-read ads, audio ads, and creative omnichannel solutions.
Create and present compelling pitches, proposals, and bespoke media strategies.
Work closely with Content, Planning and Strategy teams to develop innovative monetization approaches.
Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing, reporting and upselling.
Requirements
Proven sales track record and a strong closing mindset.
Enjoy pitching, negotiating and networking with senior decision-makers.
Combine strategic thinking with a clear hands-on mentality.
Passion for storytelling, brand leadership and digital media.
Structured, independent and fast-paced work approach.
Ideally experience in the media environment (podcast, audio, streaming, digital, radio or video).
Fluent in English.
Genuine passion for podcasts.
