You take overall responsibility for the MarTech/AdTech Solutions business unit.
You lead a department of 45 MarTech & AdTech experts, Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Dashboard Solutions Experts across 5 teams.
You advise client companies on the IT tools from your department and expand your business area.
You drive the digital transformation of advertising.
You attend summits and represent your company.
You break down entrenched silos and act as an interface between teams and departments.
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience managing teams of 10 or more.
Proven experience in achieving revenue targets, generating new clients, contributing to pricing strategies, and in budget and personnel cost planning (P&L responsibility).
At least 8 years of professional experience in the AdTech/MarTech field.
Deep expertise in AdTech, MarTech, Media, DCO, market research, and data-driven marketing — not only in theory but also in the underlying IT.
Hands-on experience in data and programmatic areas, such as campaign optimization.
Technical know-how: able to communicate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Dashboard Solutions Experts on an equal footing.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Willing and happy to work from the Hamburg office at least three days per week.
Ideally you have a degree in a technical field or professional experience as a Technical Product Manager or IT Product Owner.
