You take overall responsibility for the MarTech–AdTech Solutions business unit.
You lead a department of 45 MarTech & AdTech experts, Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Dashboard Solutions Experts across 5 teams.
You advise client companies on the IT tools from your division and actively grow your business unit.
You drive the further digital transformation of advertising.
You participate in summits and represent the company.
You break down established silos and serve as an interface between teams and departments.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 10 people.
Extensive experience in meeting revenue targets, acquiring new customers, contributing to pricing strategy, and planning budgets and personnel costs (P&L responsibility).
At least 8 years of professional experience in the AdTech/MarTech field.
Deep expertise in the following areas: AdTech, MarTech, Media, DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization), Market Research, Data-Driven Marketing — not only in theory but also in the supporting IT.
Operational experience in data and programmatic areas, e.g., campaign optimization.
Technical know-how: able to engage with Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Dashboard Solutions Experts on an equal level.
Fluent in German and good command of English.
Ideally holds a technical degree or has professional experience as a technical Product Manager or IT Product Owner.
