Requirements
5+ years of experience in People Operations ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment: You know how to navigate ambiguity, build processes from scratch, and adapt as the company evolves.
Strong knowledge of French labor law and People compliance: You understand legal frameworks, collective bargaining agreements, and conduct legal monitoring with confidence.
Process architect mindset: You don't wait for processes to exist; you create them. And then you optimize them with a passion for continuous improvement.
Technologically curious and adaptable: You see AI as an ally, not an obstacle. Whether it's leveraging agentic workflows through tools like Dust, you approach technology with confidence and intellectual curiosity.
Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken): You can explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-HR audiences.
