Work directly with clients to onboard and migrate complex infrastructure onto Unikraft Cloud
Troubleshoot, refine, and ensure the performance and reliability of customer deployments
Leverage your hands-on knowledge of Docker, Dockerfiles, and Linux-based systems to support and scale infrastructure
Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and integration
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the intricacies of next-gen cloud infra
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to incorporate customer feedback into our roadmap

Strong experience with containers (Docker, Dockerfiles), Linux, and CI/CD design
Excellent debugging and optimization skills with a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to learn fast and adapt to different runtimes, build systems, and environments (Rust, Node, Go, Python, C++, etc.)
Familiarity with OCI standards, QEMU/KVM, Firecracker, Cloud-Hypervisor, and direct customer-facing experience
