About this role
Role Overview
Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
Present our company to potential clients.
Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing your insights & know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.
Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).
Requirements
You already have some experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company, and are ready to further expand your expertise.
You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
You have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.
You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.
You are passionate about remote work – you enjoy working in a remote setup yourself and want to enable many more employers to reap the benefits of this setup.
You are willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to constantly improve processes and communication workflows.
