Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
Present the company to potential clients.
Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership by providing insights and know-how to improve WorkFlex's value proposition, product features, and messaging for prospects and customers.
Report on the progress of deals in the CRM (Hubspot).
Requirements
Some experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
Professional proficiency in English.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to ask good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs.
Thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
Good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.
Passionate about remote work and enabling others to work remotely.
Willingness to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
