Requirements
High-volume prospecting ability: confident on the phone, skilled at opening conversations and driving next steps
Strong sales technique: discovery, objection handling, and value-based selling at a consultative level
Classic car knowledge: understanding of specs, provenance, model nuances, market values and buyer psychology
Pipeline & CRM discipline: moves opportunities with intent, keeps HubSpot spotless and follows through on every next step
Relationship building: quickly builds trust, communicates well and balances seller needs with commercial goals
Results focus: target-driven, competitive and resilient
