As a member of the 16-person SSP team, you will work as a two-person team alongside our current support consultant.
You are the first point of contact for our clients, diagnosing, handling, tracking and resolving client requests.
Resolving client tickets and managing the backlog;
Following up with clients on complex issues requiring database analysis and expertise;
Ongoing training of client teams;
Contributing to the continuous improvement process for support;
Raising product enhancement requests;
Documenting and organizing client meetings and exchange sessions;
Actively contributing to the quality of our applications for clients while complying with security requirements for handling personal medical data;
Performing functional tests as part of product updates.

You have prior experience in IT support.
You are known for your interpersonal skills and strong customer satisfaction mindset;
Ideally, you have experience writing SQL queries;
Ideally, you are proficient with ticketing tools such as Jira (or equivalent).
