Role Overview
- Conduct sales by phone, chat, and email for our courses to the Brazilian market — working with inbound leads
- Be responsible for building a robust, complete, and validated sales pipeline
- Work with the CRM system
- Propose ideas to improve negotiation quality and increase sales conversions
- Participate in the creation of sales processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C telephone sales, ideally in edtech or bootcamps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Must have your own laptop and headset.
