About this role
Role Overview
- Contribute to the design of technical solutions and ensure the reliability, performance, and security of environments
- Integrate infrastructure and operational needs into the product backlog
- Promote existing infrastructure products and services
- Support development teams to accelerate project delivery
- Ensure service monitoring and maintain operational conditions of environments
- Validate security reviews and collaborate with Application Production Support
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Experience in demanding IT production operations
- Strong understanding of production best practices, risk management, and automation
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
- Proficiency in DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible
- Familiarity with container technologies: Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of IT risk, cyber-security, and production governance
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent English (C1)
- French is a plus
