About this role
Role Overview
Provides broad and complex administrative, project and office support to senior executives and departmental staff members.
Determines the best methods and procedures to complete assignments.
Coordinates meetings and events including logistics, scheduling, and participant coordination.
Prepares correspondence and maintains office files and databases.
Gathers information for reports and special projects.
Mentors new administrative assistants.
Requirements
Four to six years’ relevant experience
Strong knowledge of computer applications
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to evaluate multiple ongoing tasks and determine priorities
Ability to manage sensitive business and employee information in a confidential manner
Additional courses after High School, or equivalent education and experience.
