Drive how Devtech helps clients adopt, scale, and innovate with AI
Lead a multidisciplinary organization of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Specialists
Serve as a strategic AI partner and thought leader
Ensure AI capabilities are integrated across all service lines and client engagements
Collaborate with teams to shape go-to-market strategies and support presales
Establish and evolve AI frameworks, data governance standards, and model development principles
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
Track AI performance metrics and contribute to financial health
Promote a culture of ethical AI use and continuous learning

15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
At least 5 years in applied AI, data science, or machine learning space
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions
Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data pipelines, and MLOps practices
Demonstrated ability to advise C-level clients on AI strategy
Experience driving pre-sales, solution design, and innovation workshops
Deep understanding of ethical AI, data governance, and responsible innovation principles
Strong leadership and people development skills
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred but not required)
